Davv has many students from different colleges and also during the lockdown period it was difficult to manage the queries of all students manually on the call. It was not possible to assign persons the task of handling queries that were sometimes repetitive and required them to have a look in the records from the databases. Bellurbis team had to come up with the solution that can efficiently manage the queries and fetch data from records easily and save time on the other end

We took advantage of Google’s third party services and together with some web frameworks delivered a bot to our client. Some of the additional features include:

• Admin has the capability to serve more number of users by adding the agents on the platform
• Also they can add more channels to engage users from different social media platforms
